Fisher Bullen successfully completed their second cottage refurbishment with the National Trust at Blickling, just a stones throw from the Blickling Hall.
The project included invasive works to improve the facilities for the long-term tenants, including level access to rooms. Energy efficiency was also improved with wall and ceiling insulation and the installation of efficient modern electric heaters. The works also included re roofing of both this and the neighbouring property, which uncovered in the need for significant timber treatment and repairs.
The works were also carried out around an active holiday let with minimal disruption.
